Our house “ Le Celline” is surrounded by a big private garden with a patio equipped with barbecue and wood oven, from which you can reach the well
and the ancient “Trullo”, passing through the Roses path.
Deep in the olives trees, trough a large barrel vaulted entrance made of carparo (leccese stone) , you can reach a huge hall with glass walls.
The manor with starry vault and decorations of carparo overlooks a patio with blooming garden surrounded by walls, like an Arabic garden.
The second double room is located inside the neighbouring tower with vaulted roof, patio and private garden. All room’s floors are made of cocciopesto, according to the ancient tradition, while the 3 bathrooms with bath tub/shower and the kitchen are made of glass mosaic or marble. The terraces on the upper floor, paved with leccese stone, enjoy a relaxing view over the olives trees, as far as the eye can see.
The “Myrtles house” is located near the manor and it’s made up on the main floor of living room, dining room with kitchen area and a bathroom with starry vault, while outside a patio is directly connected with the living room. On the first floor you can find a double room with bathroom/shower (and 2 additional beds in the fire escape zone) and a magnificent terrace, which overlooks the huge tract of olives trees surrounding the building. The architectural decorations for the entire house, both outside and inside, are made of carparo, while the floors are made of cocciopesto typical elements of Salento’s architecture.
